Viktor Kovalev, chair of the USUE Department of International Business, took part in XII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Economic Growth of the Republic of Belarus: Globalization, Innovation, and Sustainability" held in Minsk at the Belarus State Economic University.

Within the framework of the Moscow Academic Economic Forum, USUE hosted the conference “Strategic Vectors of Urals Development: Science, Education, and Production”. The event was organized jointly with the Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Presentations on the development of the region were made by leading representatives of science, business and politics of the Sverdlovsk region

A live broadcast of the plenary session of the MAEF - 2019 has started at the USUE. The session's platform has become the Grand Hall of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

As part of the working visit, the USUE Vice Rector for Social Work Roman Krasnov held talks in Moscow with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic in the Russian Federation Mr. Siviengpkhet Pkhetvorosak and Mr. Le Chi Loi, First Secretary in charge of Education Cooperation and Student`s Affairs of the Embassy of Vietnam, who had previously participated in the work of X Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.
