300 pages of the book "Arkady Chernetsky: Majority of Power" present a story about the work of Arkady Chernetsky at the Yekaterinburg Administration and at the largest enterprises Yekaterinburg - Uraltransmash and Uralkhimmash. The managerial experience of the current member of the Federation Council, ex-head of Yekaterinburg, is almost 19 years, hence the name of the book.

USUE Rector Yakov Silin met with Suleiman Anta Ndiaye, minister-counsellor, head of the economic department of the Embassy of Senegal in the Russian Federation. At the meeting, they discussed some issues related to cooperation between USUE and the Republic of Senegal.
