Dmitry Shtykhno : «In practice, it is important for whom to do and how to present»
A visiting reality-training «Conversion and strategy at an industrial enterprise» was held at the shooting complex «Streletsky Dvor». Dmitry Shtykhno, Ph.D. in Economics, Vice-rector for Development at PRUE (Moscow), shared his experience with colleagues.
The training was organized by the Higher School of Corporate Education at the request of the top management of NPO Automatics in the framework of the agreement signed earlier.
At the opening of the event, welcoming speeches were delivered by Sergei Rogozhin, USUE Vice-Rector for Academic Work and Alexei Glazkov, Deputy General Director for Personnel and Social Policy of NPO Automatics. «This is not the first time we are holding such a training; it has already become a tradition. There are still many plans ahead. I would like to wish you to make a good reset here.» «The host of the training will lead you to the podium but you will be climbing it yourself,» Sergei Rogozhin added.
The training program was divided into six parts. Some of them were in the form of free discussion, others — in the form of practical work, lectures, work in small groups and interactive studies. Dmitry Shtykhno touched upon the topics of economic justification for the conversion of enterprises, highlighted promising areas, and considered conversion as a type of diversification strategy.
«In addition to a manufacturer’s view ‘how to do and what to do’ it is very important to take into consideration ‘for whom to do and how to present’,» the speaker notes explaining the promotion of strategy at an industrial enterprise.
The event included not only training but also a sports pause with an electronic shooting gallery and skeet shooting.
