The Eurasian Economic Youth Forum is not far off: in six days, Ural State University of Economics will open its doors to participants and experts of the ninth EEYF. Today its organizing committee held a meeting.
"The Eurasian Economic Youth Forum is one of the main events of this year,” Roman Krasnov, USUE Vice-Rector for Social Work, stressed.
By now, 2 500 people from 25 countries have stated their willingness to take part in the forum as participants, experts and scientific advisors. Within the EEYF, leading experts of the forum will be interviewed and various interactive grounds will be running.
The meeting discussed the most important issues related to the organization of the forum: the final lists of experts, accommodation and meals for distinguished guests, readiness of lecture-rooms, transport and souvenirs for the event were once again given consideration to.
On April 17 at 10:30, a plenary session will be held, where the vice-president of the VEO of Russia Dmitry Sorokin will deliver a report " Russian Economy: Today and Tomorrow."
Besides, on April 17 from 14:00 to 15:00, Elizaveta Schetinina, head of the Center for Cultural and Religious Studies, Socio-Political Technologies and Educational Programs, will give a public lecture "Factor of Media Threats in Decision-Making at Public Administration Bodies".
No less interesting will be the lecture of Anatoly Gavrilenko, chairman of the Expert Council on Financial Literacy at the Bank of Russia, "Financial literacy is the Responsibility of the Youth of Asia, Russia, and Africa" to be held on April 17 from 14:00 to 15:00. It should be noted that an online broadcast would be conducted on the EEYF website.
