THE CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: HISTORY OF CREATION AND NATIONAL NARRATIVE

Vadim Dubichev, First Deputy Chief of the Governor’s Staff and Government of the Sverdlovsk region delivered a lecture dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution adoption.

USUE Vice-Rector for Social Work Roman Krasnov addressed the students with welcoming remarks: “Today we would like to acquaint you with the main document of our country - the Constitution of the Russian Federation. One of its first lines states that Russia is a multinational country. This is very important for the Sverdlovsk region and our University. Students from 47 countries of the world study at USUE. And people of 160 nationalities live in our region”.
