New Year diplomas with honors

There was a ceremony of presenting diplomas to graduates of the USUE master’s program. This year, 72 specialists of mixed attendance mode graduated from the leading economic university in the Urals.

USUE Rector Yakov Silin congratulated the graduates of the USUE Master’s Institute: “For those who received a master’s degree from Ural State University of Economics, new opportunities open up. Having gained experience in research activities, you can enter a post-graduate school to deepen and expand your knowledge. Besides, masters can apply for a prominent position and high pay. I wish you such achievements!”

72 persons decided to get a master’s degree at USUE, already working in the leading companies of the Ural Federal District: for example, Tochka-Bank, Sinara, Sinarsky Pipe Plant, Uralelectromed ... Masters, depending on the area, can continue their career in their spheres or expand the profile of professional activity, working at the intersection of different areas: law and finance, organization of a food enterprise and personnel management, foreign economic activity and entrepreneurship, etc.

 39 of them received degrees with honors. Leonid Trofimenko is one of them.

 “I entered the USUE master’s program to close the gestalt. After school, I wanted to enter Ural State University of Economics to understand the financial sector better. But it didn’t work out that way. After studying at another university to become a programmer, ten years later I entered the dream university to get a master’s degree. Now I can teach the younger generation financial literacy, which is an important science in the modern world,” said Leonid Trofimenko, a graduate of the Financial Markets and Investments program of the USUE Master’s Institute.

At the end of the ceremony, the director of the USUE Master’s Institute Alla Matveeva congratulated the graduates: “Watching your happy eyes, in which the joy of receiving long-awaited diplomas flashes, I feel sadness. I don’t want to say goodbye to you. I hope you will continue your studies at USUE, only for a new postgraduate degree.”
