Last weekend, a big event took place in the life of student basketball. In Perm, at the annual festival - ASB All-Star Game, the best athletes and coaches from all over the country met.
The ASB All-Star Game is a two-day session with many different events, which ends with a grand show.
The selection of participants began in October and continued until mid-January. The format of the All-Star Game was classic: the participants were divided into two teams: Vostok and Zapad, each of 12 boys and 6 girls.
A USUE student Diana Oborina joined the Vostok team, and a senior teacher of the Department of Physical Education and Sports, the coach of the USUE basketball teams, Igor Kudryavtsev, entered the coaching staff.
Although the All-Star Game is an informal event, to achieve victory, the players staged a true "hurricane" in the last quarter of the match. In this confrontation, the Vostok team turned out to be stronger. As of now, the score in the series is 8:5 in favor of Vostok.
