THEY ARE THE UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION

The USUE Recreation Center hosted the awarding ceremony of the University best employees: heads of subdivisions, chairs of departments, and faculty members. The event was held as part of the University anniversary celebration.

In his welcoming speech, USUE Rector Yakov Silin noted that thanks to the efforts of the colleagues present in the hall, the leading economic university of the Urals does not lose high positions and continues to build its internal capacity.

The Rector of the University warmly thanked the participants for the great volume of the work done, having handed certificates and USUE badges of honor to seven staff members. For longstanding exemplary work, significant contribution to the development of the University and in connection with the 50th anniversary of Ural State University of Economics, the awards were presented to:

- Yevgeny Animitsa, chief adviser to the Rector, chair of the Department of Regional and Municipal Economics and Management

- Viktor Ivanitsky, professor at the Department of Financial Markets and Banking

- Alexey Ilyukhin, associate professor at the Department of Political Economy

- Galina Nichiperovich, senior lecturer at the Department of Business Informatics

- Natalia Stozhko, chair of the Department of Physics and Chemistry

- Irina Tkachenko, chair of the Department of Corporate Economics and Business Management

- Zinaida Khmelnitskaya, chair of the Department of Logistics.

The evening ended with a festive program with the participation of on-stage performance groups of the USUE Recreation Center.
