The preparation of EEYF international sites is in full swing
USUE Vice-rector for social work Roman Krasnov visited L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) in Kazakhstan. Roman Valerievich met with ENU Rector Yerlan Sydykov, Vice-Rector for Social and Cultural Development Dikhan Kamzabekuly, Director of the Department of Science and Innovation Mainura Buribaeva, and Director of the International Cooperation Department Anastasia Karmelyuk.
The parties discussed the algorithm of preparation for the XII EEYF since ENU acts as one of its six international sites. Two congresses will be held here: the Congress of Economists and Financiers and the Congress of Strategists. The preliminary list of competitions chosen by the partner university is as follows:
1. Applied scientific competition "Financial Constructor"
2. Applied scientific competition “A Project Laboratory of Financial Literacy”
3. Competition of research papers "Ways of Protecting Human and Civil Rights and Freedoms."
ENU plans to attract students from the 5-6 large universities in Kazakhstan to the regional stage of the forum. Registration of EEYF participants will shortly start on the forum website. Each EEYF site, including the Eurasian National University, has its page on the website http://eurasia-forum.ru/. At the final stage of the forum in Yekaterinburg in April 2022, a delegation of participants from Kazakhstan will be headed by the ENU Rector Yerlan Sydykov.
During the negotiations, they brought up a point of expanding cooperation in educational activities and the organization of exchange programs, the heads of departments joining the discussion. Universities are interested in sending their students to study for master's and bachelor's degrees at partner educational institutions. The number of participants in the exchange program, which the parties agreed to carry out on an ongoing basis, is being decided.
