OUR CONGRATULATION ON SUCCESSFUL DEFENCE OF THESES!
September 26, 2018, at the joint dissertation council D 999.118.02 (economic sciences) based on South Ural State University (National Research University) and Ural State University of Economics, the defense of two theses for a Candidate Degree (Ph.D.) took place: Marina Meteleva’s “Development of Public Administration Process of the Investment Activity Infrastructure at a Meso-level” and Valeria Rodicheva’s “The System of Credit Institutions Refinancing by the Bank of Russia and its Impact on Total Banking Liquidity”.
The work of Marina Meteleva was submitted for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty "Economics and Management of the National Economy" (management). Prof. Irina Tkachenko, Doctor of Economics, head of the USEU Department of Corporate Economics and Business Management, was its academic supervisor. In her dissertation, Ms Meteleva presented a solution to the task of developing theoretical foundations and methodical support of the public administration process of the investment activity infrastructure at a meso-level.
Valeria Rodicheva’s dissertation was submitted for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty “Finance, Money Circulation and Credit”. Its research supervisor was Prof. Larisa Yuzvovich, Doctor of Economics, head of the USUE department of Finance, Money Circulation and Credit. The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological approaches to analyzing the process of functioning of the credit institutions refinancing system by the Bank of Russia, to build and argue scenarios for enhancing its influence on total banking liquidity.
