The cooperation of the USUE Higher School of Corporate Education and the Research and Production Corporation Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) in many areas is long-standing and fruitful. These are bachelor’s and master’s programs for UVZ employees, joint research activities, editorial projects, continuing education, and professional retraining.

In 2019, employees of Uralvagonzavod underwent training at the Higher School of Corporate Education under professional development programs in the areas of Economics of Supply and Organization and Regulation of Labor. All programs are individual and have been developed taking into account the specific needs of the customer. The employees of the country's oldest and most respected industrial enterprise are well aware of the need for constant updating of knowledge, therefore on-job training in the mode “I was at the training workshop today and used it the next day” is always a success.
