USUE RECTOR YAKOV SILIN HAS PARTICIPATED IN THE FORUM OF WORKING YOUTH’S MENTORS OF NPK URALVAGONZAVOD

Heads of personnel services, chief specialists, training managers, teachers and masters of vocational training from training centers of industrial enterprises and educational institutions attended the event.

The purpose of the meeting is to create conditions for the adaptation and professional development of a young employee in the team, to ensure the interrelation and continuity of the professional activity of different generations.

In his welcoming speech, Yakov Silin warmly congratulated the mentors on professional achievements, wished further successes, and noted the importance of developing managerial, professional and personal competencies of mentors.

On the same day, Ya. Silin met with the UVZ director for personnel K. Zakharov and the director of the personnel-training center S. Vasilyev. At the meeting, the parties summed up the results of cooperation for the past period and outlined plans for the future. S. Vasiliev stressed the importance of cooperation with USUE for the enterprise and noted the high level of professionalism in the implementation of educational programs in economics and management.
