USUE students visited Cherkashin & Partner production
November 15, students of USUE group of KD-15 and KD-14 took a tour to "Cherkashin & Partner" guided by associate professors at the Department of Commerce, Logistics and Trade Economics Svetlana Tsaregorodtseva and Gleb Savin. The excursion was held by Deputy Director for Development Sergey Perkov.
The tour began in the conference hall of the plant. Students were told the history of the establishment and development of the enterprise, revealed some commercial secrets regarding procurement and sales markets. Then the tour continued in an industrial zone of the enterprise: the students visited the premises of raw materials pre-treatment, meat deboning and trimming, a workshop of semi-finished products, recreations and canteen for the personnel. The tour ended at the canteen, where the students tasted samples of products made at the plant.
The excursion was very informative and useful, as it allowed to see modern technological equipment of the European level and to watch strict observance of sanitary norms at the enterprise. The students could in practice become acquainted with the process of products quality control.
