USUE students visited with excursion hypermarket Hyperbola
In September, the students of groups TD 16-1 and TD 16-2 of Ural State University of Economics guided by the associate professor at the Department of Commerce, Logistics and Trade Economics Svetlana Tsaregorodtseva went on a tour around the hypermarket "Hyperbola", located in the shopping center "Greenwich". The excursion was held by the HR Director Natalia Sangalova.
During the excursion, the students visited the sales area, and then the back store of the hypermarket. In the sales area, the students were shown various modifications of scales for independent weighing of fruits and vegetables, a shop for baking bread and bread products, as well as options for laying out goods on commercial equipment. In the production premises and back store, students saw recreational space for personnel, a canteen for personnel, warehouses, freezers for storing goods, and watched acceptance procedure of goods by quantity and quality.
The excursion was very informative and useful, as it allowed to see in practice many technological processes occurring at a trading enterprise, and to consolidate the knowledge gained at the lectures.
