USUE students visited the headquarters of SKB Kontur

April 13, USUE students under the guidance of Olga Ergunova, associate professor at the Department of Regional and Municipal Economics and Management, visited the ten- storied office of SKB Kontur.

Studying the discipline Economic Security, bachelor’s students became acquainted with the system of economic security and corporate culture of the enterprise, learned about the specifics of work under the conditions of imposing economic sanctions in the IT industry, as well as conditions for improving professional skills of personnel, including the program, within which students and young specialists get a unique chance to start working in the company. 

SKB Kontur is famous for its rich corporate culture, but nobody expected such an impression from the headquarters. Here everything is done to ensure the staff to be comfortable and feel at home. In addition to the many meeting rooms, classrooms and huge conference rooms, they also have gyms, a bar, a coffee shop and a cafe, a music room, outdoor sports grounds, and even access to a pond.

"At SKB Kontur, the top management appreciates its employees. In the new office, we tried to create a friendly atmosphere, so that employees would come to work with pleasure and work more efficiently," Olga Kostareva, the head of the PR group at SKB Kontur, says.
During the tour, the exclamations of admiring students were heard time and again: "It's not the office, but the dream!", "I would have lived here!", "And how can I get a job here?" Everyone deserves such sensitivity to the staff.
