USUE Students met with one of the most prominent financiers of the country Anatoly Gavrilenko

Today at USUE students met with President of the Russian Exchange Union, the founder of Alor group of companies, one of the "fathers" of the Russian stock market Anatoly Gavrilenko.

He began with offering an advice to students: "Try to get the most out of everything that's happening around. Be “whyers”, learn the new and find something useful in everything. "

Gavrilenko gladly shared the history of financial industry development in the country and his personal experience. He told how he started from scratch and registered the first company. He recommended to students, when opening their new business, to generously share out profits and positions, but not authorized capital. He earned his first million in 1995. Today he is 71; he holds a number of leading positions and meets with young people.

When at the beginning of the lecture Gavrilenko who plans to organize his / her business in the future, only four students raised their hands. However, after such an emotional and open conversation, many of them certainly changed their minds.

The financial expert advised them reading the book "The Fourth Industrial Revolution" by Klaus Schwab, a German economist, founder and permanent president of the World Economic Forum in Davos since 1971. Anatoly Gavrilenko presented this book to the Deputy Director of the Institute of Finance and Law Elena Ovsyannikova and thanked her for the invitation to speak to USUE students.

USUE trains high-skilled specialists for different sectors of the economy. The University constantly arranges meetings of students with experts to make young people acquainted both with theory and practice.
