Students-logisticians met with representatives of Coca-Cola Company
February 12, the senior students of the Institute of Trade, Food Technology and Service, and the Correspondence Faculty (KD-14, KD-15, L-15, ZKD-15, ZL-14, and ZL-15) together with lecturers of the Department of Commerce, Logistics and Trade Economics V. Tarasova, S. Potapova, Z. Fadeeva, and L. Trofimova attended a meeting with the specialists of Coca-Cola HBC Eurasia held at USUE.
At the meeting, the Coca-Cola staff presented their company, told about the work in the divisions engaged in the production and supply of products in Yekaterinburg. The head of the logistics department Stepan Kardashov showed a film about jobs of the forwarding agent, supply and procurement specialists. He also spoke about vacancies open to students and about internship programs in the logistics department.
A recruitment specialist Daria Mironova told about the requirements for a candidate when hiring for Coca-Cola, gave advice on how to write a resume, and revealed some secrets that could increase the chances of obtaining the desired position.
The staff told about the large-scale internship program "Management Trainee Program", through which graduates of universities can defend several projects on improvement of the company's work and take up a leadership post within just two years.
