Tajikistan and Russia are reliable partners in the educational field
At USUE, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation awarded his compatriots - students of Ural universities.
USUE hosted an awards ceremony for students of Ural universities - citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan. Its participants were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Russia Davlatshoh Gulmakhmadzoda and Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Yekaterinburg Zafar Sayidzoda. They awarded the students with certificates of merit for academic excellence, patriotism, and protection of the interests of their country.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation Davlatshoh Gulmakhmadzoda made a presentation in Tajik and answered the questions of compatriots studying at Ural universities.
In his comments to the USUE press service, Mr. Ambassador said: “We strive to ensure that all young people - residents of Tajikistan have higher education, because it is the most important condition for the development of the future. Over the past year, our government has been focusing on the development of industry, so we need experts who have a good understanding of this area. I know for sure that Ural State University of Economics trains such personnel dealing with economic issues. I look forward to our further fruitful cooperation.”
On the initiative of the Consulate General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Yekaterinburg and the Regional Public Organization “Society of Tajik Culture SOMON”, certificates of merit were awarded to 59 students of eleven Ural universities, including Ural State University of Economics, the Ural State Agrarian University, Ural State Pedagogical University, Ural Federal University named after the first President of the Russia B. N. Yeltsin, and the Industrial University of Tyumen.
