PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL OF SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE URAL WITHOUT BORDERS
April 21, 2018 at the multimedia park "My History", there was a festival of successful people "Ural without Borders" with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Sverdlovsk Oblast, the Ministry of Social Policy of Sverdlovsk Oblast and the Youth Government of Sverdlovsk Oblast.
Olga Ergunova, chairperson of the USUE Council of Young Scientists, shared her secrets of success, and also held a contest on the best elevator pitch - a short story about the concept of a product, project or oneself. And what has it to do with the elevator? Imagine that you met an investor in the elevator who takes the lift to his office. Your task is to interest him while you are going up in an elevator, that is, you have only 30-60 seconds. The contestants brilliantly coped with self-presentation and managed to share their own life hacks.
The festival is a major social region-wide event comprising thematic seminars from leading speakers on important issues: achievements in sports, healthy lifestyle, career, business, education, as well as master classes from professionals in the field of beauty, fashion, education, sports and other today’s important professions. This project is focused on development of one’s motivation to social inclusion and comprehension of pro-active position, especially of young people, while personal acquaintance with successful people from different spheres of activity helps expanding horizons and taking instruments and methods of goals achievements.
