Ural State University of Economics in partnership with the Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is included in the delegation of Russian universities for negotiations in the capital of Serbia, Belgrade. During the visit, in the framework of the International Diplomatic Forum project, USUE Vice-Rector for Social Work, Roman Krasnov held some meetings.
May 19, in the morning, a meeting was held with the dean of the faculty of security and international politics of UNION - Nikola Tesla University, Professor Violeta Rašković Talović, representatives of the Academy of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), and Nikolo-Ugreshskaya Theological Seminary (Moscow).
During the meeting, agreements were reached on launching a student exchange project; in particular, the Serbian part was interested in areas related to information technologies at USUE. Perhaps, already in September this year, the Russian-Serbian conciliation commission for education will hold a meeting at USUE with the participation of universities of Serbia and Russia, the RUDN University, and the Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
At the next meeting, USUE Vice-Rector for Social Work, Roman Krasnov and the dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, Professor Dragan R. Simić also agreed to exchange students. This time, the Serbian part has expressed interest in USUE training area of Regional and Municipal Economics. The management of the University of Belgrade intends to send a delegation of the university to participate in the next Eurasian Economic Youth Forum and to link Belgrade and EEYF participants in Yekaterinburg by teleconference bridge.
