Ural State University of Economics has prepared a program on personnel management at metallurgical enterprises

Today, at Ural State University of Economics, an additional educational program of professional training "Personnel Management at Metallurgical Enterprises" was launched for the heads of the personnel management departments of the TMK enterprises. The head of the Office for USUE Human Resources Svetlana Dolzhenko spoke about the features of the program: "For the first time, we are implementing a joint project with a pipe metallurgical company. More than 20 managers of HR services take part in it. The program is designed for more than six months: today we are launching the first module, the graduation will take place in August." Svetlana Borisovna also noted that the program gathered managers not only from Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region, but also from other regions: Moscow, Volzhsky, and Taganrog.
