USUE has improved its position in the annual ranking of" Top 50 economic universities in Russia " by RAEX.

In 2019, Ural State University of Economics took the 16th place in the top 50 Russian universities in the field of "Economics and management". Recall that in 2018, the University was 18 in this ranking.

In addition to Ural State University of Economics, the ranking also included other universities of the Ural Federal District. So the Ural Federal University. First President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin takes 11th position, Tyumen State University – 30th, South Ural State University (national research university) – 38th, Perm State National Research University – 47th. 

Higher education institution reputation ratings reflect the results of university assessments by survey participants conducted by RAEX (RAEX-Analytics) on the competitiveness of universities. The quality of education at the university, the demand for graduates by employers, and the level of research activity were assessed. The surveys took into account the views of the following target groups: students and graduates, representatives of the academic and scientific community, as well as employers. In total, in the course of conducting agency reputation surveys in 2019, over 60 thousand respondent ratings were received.
