USUE hosted the next in turn qualifying stage of Woman of the Year 2017 award

About thirty women from different parts of the Sverdlovsk region gathered at the University to present their projects – their lifework, in which they achieved great success, deserving public recognition.

The girls talked about their achievements in various spheres - culture, medicine, science, social work, advertising, sports, business, social and political activities - they have thanks to the dedication and professionalism. Their names were put forward by social and state-financed institutions, and in addition, there are many self-nominees.

In the near future, participants will take part in trainings and masterclasses, meetings with the city's political elite, and charity events. Following results of online voting on November 26, the final awards ceremony will be held.

The Woman of the Year Award was established by the Russian Club with the support of the government of the Sverdlovsk region to attract public attention to the contribution of talented and successful women to the social and economic development and social life of the Sverdlovsk region.
