Rehearsals of Victory Waltz at USUE

April 3, 2018, the first rehearsal of a dance flash mob to war songs will take place at USUE (8 Mata Str., 62, second-floor hall).   This year, on May 9, the Victory Waltz action will be held for the fourth time.

Anyone can take part in it. Master classes on waltz dancing will be free of charge. It is necessary to have comfortable indoor shoes and clothes.
In preparation for the action, five rehearsals will be held on 3, 5, 10, 24 April and 3 May. Meetings will take place 18.00 to 19.00 or from 19.00 to 20.00 (one can choose any).   The dress rehearsal will be on May 8 from 6 to 7 pm.

 The program of the action includes demo performances, interactive grounds, an exhibition of weapons, and a field kitchen. The highlight of the event will be a dance flash mob to the musical compositions of the war years. At the end of the action, the participants will line up in giant letters that would form the word “PEACE".  

Traditionally, other cities join the action every year. Among the first who responded to the call this year were the students of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. Victory Waltz, as well as Immortal Regiment, was born in Yekaterinburg and then spilled over to the whole country.
