USUE DISCUSSED THE IMPACT OF THE PANDEMIC ON ECONOMIES OF RUSSIA AND UZBEKISTAN

Ural State University of Economics hosted an international online conference dedicated to the economic consequences of the coronavirus pandemic for enterprises in Russia and Uzbekistan. The conference was organized jointly with the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
 
USUE was represented by its Rector Yakov Silin, Vice-Rector for social work Roman Krasnov, Vice-Rector for research Viktor Kovalev, the head of the Department of Tourism Business and Hospitality Olga Ergunova, and the president of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry Andrey Besedin.     
 
With the help of the Zoom platform, top managers and department heads of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State University of Economics, Samarkand State University, Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, and Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology joined the meeting.
