Visit of a European HR expert to Yekaterinburg

The USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management together with the Association of HR Managers and Specialists invite you to the coming events with participation of Professor Mauro Gatti, an expert in the field of HR (Italy), Sapienza University of Rome.

March 27, 2018 (17.30-20.00) - Public lecture "Labor Relations between Employers and Employees: New Forms, Multiplicity of Contractual Relations, Changes in a Psychological Contract" (room 322)

During the lecture, the expert will present approaches and tools for managing the behavior of employees based on a psychological contract (the impact of its transaction and relational aspects on the behavior of employees in an organization, their motivation, productivity and loyalty), and will introduce the possibilities of a multiplicity of labor relations (the distribution of rights and duties of an employer towards a specific employee between different right-holders).

March 28, 2018 (18.30-20.30) - Roundtable "Modern Trends in the Development of HRM: Myths or Reality" (room 150)

Within the framework of the roundtable, the world trends in the field of human resources management will be discussed by Professor Mauro Gatti (Sapienza University of Rome ) and Professor Ruslan Dolzhenko (chair of the  USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management).

We invite you to join the discussion on the myths and realities, denoted in modern publications on HR-trends!

The participants of the event will also be presented with the author's program of the summer school of professional development for HR specialists "New Challenges of the Modern Sphere of Labor", which is planned for July 2018 with training at the Sapienza University of Rome, as well as a visit to HR-services of major Italian companies.
