The Open Day, which was supposed to be held at the Ural State University of Economics today, has been postponed indefinitely. The decision was made by USUE Rector Yakov Silin.

The decision was made in connection with the events at the Krorkus City Hall concert hall near Moscow. Late the night before, unknown people burst into the hall and started shooting at people, then they set the building on fire. According to the latest data, more than 60 people were killed, including children among the 115 victims.

Professor Silin expresses condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to the wounded.
