USUE partner university is preparing for XII EEYM
USUE Vice-rector for Social Work Roman Krasnov paid a business visit to M. Ryskulbekov Kyrgyz Economic University (KEU) in connection with the preparation for the upcoming XII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum in April 2022. The Ural guest was received by the KEU Rector Almaz Toktobekovich Kadyraliev, Vice-rector for educational and methodical work Dinara Mukhtarovna Tursunalieva, and Vice-rector for International Cooperation, Prof. Tamara Yuldashevna Dzholdosheva.
The KEU Rector confirmed that the university would become an international platform for EEYF and preparations for the forum were already underway. He announced the list of the EEYF competitions that KEU would hold for participants from Kyrgyzstan. They will be students and young scientists from more than ten universities in Kyrgyzstan, which have economics departments. Within the framework of the Congress of Economists and Financiers and the Congress of Entrepreneurship and Engineering, 8 competitions will be held:
1. The Impact of Globalization on International Trade;
2. Transformation of Foreign Economic Activity amid Pandemic;
3. Tax Olympiad for students and young professionals;
4. Applied scientific competition -A Project Laboratory of Financial Literacy;
5. Creative competition for students and postgraduate students of higher educational institutions and secondary specialized colleges of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR);
6. Vectors of Tourism Development in the Kyrgyz Republic amid Pandemic;
7. International competition of research papers of young scientists and students on the implementation of digital technologies in the hotel business;
8. Competition of professional CVs for students of service areas of training - Formula of Hospitality And Tourism Industry.
Some KEU students expressed their desire to participate in the forum.
The acceptance of applications for participation will open on December 15 at all regional and international sites of the EEYF.
Besides, Roman Krasnov met with the heads of KEU departments. The parties discussed the student exchange program: the first 12 students from Kyrgyz Economic University will come to USUE this spring semester; in the future, it is planned at least 20 students annually participate in exchange programs with KEU.
