USUE JOURNALS ARE AMONG THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY

The Scientific Electronic Library (eLIBRARY) has updated the scientometric information on Russian scientific journals in the RSCI for 2021. All four USUE scientific journals– Journal of New Economy, Upravlenrets, Food Industry, and Digital Models and Solutions - demonstrated an improved performance in 2021.

According to the integral indicator SCIENCE INDEX, scientific and analytical journal Upravlenets for the first time entered the Top 100 of all Russian scientific publications, taking 88th place. In the SCIENCE INDEX ranking on the topic “Organization and Management” the journal entered the top five in the country, on the topic “Economics. Economic Sciences” it also continues to improve its positions, having risen in 2021 to 17th place. The two-year impact factor of the journal has doubled compared to 2019 and amounted to 3.023 in 2021.

Significant growth was shown by Journal of New Economy (former News of Ural State University of Economics).

According to the SCIENCE INDEX indicator, the Journal of New Economy entered the TOP-30 publications on the topic “Economics. Economic sciences” (position 28). In the overall journal rankings, JNE ranks 183rd with the two-year impact factor 2.324 in the RSCI. With this level of the indicator, the periodical is 17th among the economic ones. The achievement of such positions was facilitated by the launch of the translated version of the journal in 2021.

USUE scientific and production journal Food Industry also showed excellent results in terms of scientometric indicators.
