Inflation in Russia for the year may be less than 3.5%. “This level will be achieved subject to the maintaining a stable ruble exchange rate," the Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin said. “This is reported by Izvestia. Such inflation by the end of the year is possible but the situation may be changed by the confrontation between Russia and the US,” Maxim Maramygin Doctor of Economics says. Previously, the Ministry of Economic Development forecast the inflation by the end of the year to be at the level of 3.5-3.7%.
