USUE STUDENTS WILL LAY A TIME CAPSULE ON VALENTINE’S DAY

On Valentine's Day, February 14, USUE students and faculty members will lay a time capsule. It will contain a message to descendants. The message will be placed in a special tube to be opened in 25 years.

Before laying, the message will be read by the Rector of the University. The capsule will not be buried but will be stored at the University museum.

The University already had a time capsule: it was opened on the day of the 50th anniversary of USUE, December 1, 2017. On the stage of the Opera House, the USUE Rector Yakov Silin uncovered the capsule. It kept the message of SINH’s students-Komsomol members of 1968. Here is its text.
