In September, the students of groups TD 16-1 and TD 16-2 of Ural State University of Economics guided by the associate professor at the Department of Commerce, Logistics and Trade Economics Svetlana Tsaregorodtseva went on a tour around the hypermarket "Hyperbola", located in the shopping center "Greenwich". The excursion was held by the HR Director Natalia Sangalova.

By tradition, lovers of an active lifestyle have gathered for an event which participants had been several generations! Last Saturday, the team of USUE athletes competed for the title of the fastest. The combined relay race for the prize of the newspaper "Evening Yekaterinburg" this year was held for 60 times. Together with students of USUE, 130 other city teams toed the starting line. Athletes demonstrated endurance on different stages of the competition: track and field, cross-country skiing, skating, and cycling. The organizers split the entire distance into 12 male and female stages.

The USUE building was among sites that received a call in a bomb threat.

Ingosstrakh invites students to take part in the competition named after V.I.Shcherbakov. The competition gives students an opportunity to get an assessment of the company's leading insurance experts and to discuss together possible development ways of the given area.

September 29, 2017, Ural State University of Economics hosted a scientific and methodological conference "Open Education as a Strategic Direction of the University Growth." The conference is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of USUE.
