The exhibition stage of the traditional contest «New in Training Technology» has completed. This year, the contest was held under the umbrella of the University’s 50th anniversary, and this gave it special significance: the projects demonstrated the level of innovative activity that the teaching staff of the University had achieved by the half-century anniversary. The level of the competition is rather high: this year, 27 projects of 40 authors were submitted to the contest.

Academic staff and support personnel of Ural State University of Economics plunged into the atmosphere of the holiday at the annual New Year Rector's Ball on December 21 in the Recreation Center of the University.

Associate Professor of the USUE Department of Merchandising and Goods Expertise Ekaterina Pastushkova took part in the competition and won the category" Associate Professor of the Year".

Students of the USUE College regularly take part in the Olympiads. This year they participated in the V National Olympiad "Line of Knowledge" in various subject areas.
