February 27, graduates of the USUE Institute of Extramural Training celebrated the completion of the course. 322 graduates received long-awaited diplomas of higher education in 9 areas and 17 specializations. Now they are qualified economists, financiers, commodity experts, managers, bankers, technologists, restaurateurs, and marketers.

Students of the USUE Institute of Finance and Law will be trained at the RF Central Bank. USUE rector Yakov Silin signed a cooperation agreement with the head of the Ural Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Rustem Mardanov.

At USUE, Andrei Lipin, deputy director of the monetary policy department of the Bank of Russia, delivered a lecture on monetary policy. February 20, USUE hosted the checkers championship as part of the annual Universiade among higher educational institutions of the Sverdlovsk region. This time, the athletes had a difficult task: for the first time, the players struggled for the title of Universiade checkers’champion. 7 universities of Yekaterinburg took part in the tournament.
