Bavarian University and Ural State University of Economics: successful start of cooperation?.
Professor of the University of Applied Sciences Hof Dr. Heinz Göhring (Germany, Bavaria) paid a working visit to the Ural state University of Economics.
A meeting of the German professor with the rector of the USEU Yakov Silin took place at Ural State Economic University, during which general directions for cooperation were outlined and business relations were established. Dr. Heinz Göhring, specializing in accounting, expressed his willingness to meet with representatives of all interested departments of USUE.
University of Applied Sciences Hof is a state higher education institution established in 1994. In the 2000s, he actively trained specialists for the textile industry. It currently offers state-of-the-art undergraduate and graduate programs in the faculties of business, computer science and engineering that meet the requirements of the industry. The University has 3 faculties, 4 research centers, the number of full-time students is 3 700 people.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Heinz Göhring met with 4-year students of the International Management training course, among whom were students who arrived at Ural State Economic University under an exchange program from the University of Verona (Italy) and the Harbin Far Eastern Polytechnic University (PRC).
The Professor spoke about Hof University of applied Sciences, areas of training, diploma programs and key vectors of the institution. According to the speaker, the German University actively cooperates with the industry, aims at internationalization and implements the idea of lean use of resources.?
