September 25, the “Report on Trade and Development 2019” was presented in the world capitals, as part of the meeting of the International Union of Economists and VEO of Russia.

Ural State University of Economics again hosted a meeting of the Eurasian Research Institute of Man. The topic of discussion was the confrontation between man and artificial intelligence. As part of the event, a chess tournament was held between first-year students of the Department of Chess Art and Computer Mathematics and the USUE chess team.

Ural State University of Economics is one of the leading universities in the economic direction in science development. Dr. Svetlana Orekhova, Head of the Department of Enterprise Economics at the USUE, Associate Professor, Executive Editor of the scientific journals “Journal of New Economy” and “Manager”, is talking about the dynamics of scientific journals development at the university.

A meeting of the board of vice-rectors for educational work of state universities of the Sverdlovsk region was held at Ural State University of Economics. The meeting participants discussed the military-patriotic quest “DOSAAF Day” to be held at the inter-university level.
