The USUE Department of Financial Markets and Banking together with the USUE Department of Business Law invite to take part in the roundtable «Electronic Currency: Prospects of Legal Regulation and Its Place in the Russian Economy» to be held on October 5. The roundtable is organized within the framework of the Legal Week in the Ural.

October 3, Ural State University of Economics celebrated the Older People’s Day. In the informal atmosphere, the university staff and creative teams of the Recreation Center congratulated USUE veterans.

October 2, 2017, students of Ural State University of Economics majoring in «Public and municipal administration» took a tour of the embankment of the river Iset and administrative institutions in the city center. The tour was held by the head of Information and Consultation Office at the Mayor’s library Olga Mordvinova. It was organized by Associate Professor at the USUE Department of Public and Municipal Administration, Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Sulimin.

From 4 to 6 October 2017 first-year students living in USUE dormitories in 13A Umeltsev Street and 13B Umeltsev Street should receive campus cards.

The annual International Forum "Legal Science in the Ural" traditionally starts on October 2 with an international scientific and practical conference. This year the Government of the Sverdlovsk region and the Legislative Assembly will discuss issues covering the main topic - "Human Rights in the Face of Threats and Challenges of the 21st Century: International and National Protection Experience (devoted to the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution of 1917)."
