October 6, students of Ural State University of Economics met with the Resident Director of the Ural Hi-Tech Technopark «University» of the Sverdlovsk region Marat Nuriev. The expert presented perspectives for young specialists’ development.

October 4, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rennes 1 (France) Prof. Eric Avenel met with USUE top management to discuss the possibility of expanding cooperation and to work out the application for a joint project.

October 5, the All-Russian scientific and practical conference «Development of Audit, Accounting, State Financial Control and Supervision in the Russian Federation» was held at Ural State University of Economics.

Early October, the European Championships in climbing ended in Perm. For three days, the athletes showed their skills in lead and speed. Julia Panteleeva, a USUE student, participated in two disciplines and won third place.
