The forum participants will be addressed through video by Sergey Bodrunov, Doctor of Economics, President of the Free Economic Society of Russia, President of the International Union of Economists, a RAS expert, director of the S. Witte Institute of New Industrial Development, doctor honoris causa of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, USUE professor emeritus, and Anatoly Karpov, a deputy of the Sixth and Seventh RF State Duma for the United Russia faction, deputy chairman of the international affairs committee, world chess champion.

The RAEX rating agency begins preparing an annual ranking of the top 100 universities in Russia - 2021. The purpose of the study is to create an independent system for assessing universities based on statistical data and the results of target groups’ surveys.

More than 5500 students, schoolchildren, and young researchers have already become registered participants of the forum as well as 212 experts and VIP guests ( among these, there are 26 ambassadors of foreign states and rectors of 36 universities of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Belarus).
