Are you enrolled at one of the USUE’s partner universities? 

If your answer is positive and you fit the requirements — you can participate in Exchange program.  As Exchange student you can take Russian or English-taught courses. 

Step 1: 

Apply for mobility at your university International/mobility office to be officialy nominated. After the nomiation we will contact you.

Autumn Semester: Orientation - August, 31

Exam weeks: December 12 - 23, 2022
Winter vacation: last week of December - first week of January
Spring semester: Orientation - January, 11

Exam weeks: June 5–30, 2023 
Summer vacation: July 1 – August 31, 2023

Majors in Russian language: Economics, International Business, Management, Tourism and Hospitality, Information Technologies.

Courses in English:
Managerial Economics, International Project Management, Business English,  Intercultural Communications, Modern strategic analysis, Cross-cultural management,
International commercial transactions and foreign trade contracts, Theory and methods of management decision-making, 
Development of team strategies in tourism and hospitality.

International business: assessing the effectiveness of foreign economic transactions and business projects.

Accommodation and other expenses

Accommodation options

All exchange students are provided with accommodation at the
student dormitory (double and triple rooms).

Place is automatically booked after student applies for exchange

Accommodation costs

Average price for a place at the dormitory - 1 000 (about 17 €) rubles per month

Health insurance

All foreign students should have a medical insurance.
If you don’t have it, you can obtain it during the migration registration process. The price of the medical insurance is around 3 542 rubles (about 42 €) for 1 semester. 
In order to be placed at the dormitory upon arrival we recommend you to obtain a health certificate (includes chest x-ray, HIV-test, general blood test) with notarized Russian translation.

Airport pick-up

Pick-up is provided in case students inform us about arrival at least 5 business days before it. Please inform our coordinator about the arrival.

Living expenses 

It is recommended to have at least 20 000 (about 235 €) rubles for 1 month of living in Ekaterinburg, if student lives in the dormitory
