Within the framework of the signed cooperation agreement between the Ural State University of Economics and Samarkand State University, was held an online meeting of the representatives of both universities with the presentation of USUE educational programs and areas of training for undergraduate and Master's degree students.

USUE became one of 90 sites in Yekaterinburg, where the third national action Dictation of Victory took place. 100 offline participants from among USUE students and teachers took part in writing the dictation.

The winners and runners-up of research work competitions of the XI Eurasian Economic Youth Forum have been decided. The rector of Ural State University of Economics Yakov Silin presented certificates, prizes, and commemorative tokens to the finalists of the congresses of economists, financiers, service technologies, strategists, and innovators.

21 April 2021, the 5th festival of cultures Around the World in 7 Days was held at Ural State University of Economics supported by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The festival was a bright continuation of the XI Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.

April 24, the Universiade of the Sverdlovsk Region in table tennis took place in Yekaterinburg at Yuzhny stadium. The USUE women's team consisted of Anastasia Pereverzeva (team captain), Valentina Snezhko (group 20-02-ZIO1), Tatyana Lukyanova (group M-19-3), and Ekaterina Semyonova (group 20-02-B1).
