On June 20, the admissions campaign will begin at all higher education institutions and colleges in Russia. Applicants will take an important step in their lives: they will choose a university and an area of study.
In the new academic year, Ural State University of Economics has allocated 366 state-funded places and 6,280 contract-based places. The university offers six fields of specialization at the USUE college, 34 undergraduate programs, 2 specialist’s degree programs, 24 master’s degree programs, and 7 postgraduate programs.
To apply to the university, the following documents are required: passport, SNILS, a standard educational document (certificate/diploma), documents confirming individual achievements, documents confirming special rights for enrolment established by Russian legislation. Foreign citizens should present notarized translations of their documents and a certificate of recognition of overseas education.
Applicants may choose one of three convenient methods for submitting documents: electronically through the Online University Admission service on the Portal of Government Services, in person at the university (with the help of admissions staff), or through postal service providers.
Applications for state-funded master’s and specialist’s degree programs based on entrance examinations will be accepted until July 20, and those based on Unified State Exam results until July 25. Enrollment orders for applicants exempt from entrance exams within the special, separate, and employer-sponsored quotas will be issued on August 3. Admission orders for the main competitive places will be published on August 7.
The admissions campaign at USUE will begin on June 20 at 10:00 local time at the following address: Yekaterinburg, 8 Marta Street, 62.
