USUE basketball players became the best in streetball competitions

On the International Day of University Sport, USUE male and female basketball players became the best in streetball competitions. The jubilee International Day of University Sport was held at Ural Federal University on September 19.

The program of events included streetball competitions, in which the USUE women's and men's teams won. The women's team included Diana Oborina, Yulia Danilova, Anastasia Matsneva, and Alisa Meshchakova. Bogdan Khazipov, Roman Kulkov, and Arseny Ardashev became champions in the men's category.

International Day of University Sport, established by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in cooperation with the International University Sports Federation (FISU), is celebrated annually on September 20.
