On-the-job training
28 graduates of Ural State University of Economics were awarded diplomas of higher education. UVZ employees remotely studied the program “Economics of Enterprises and Organizations”.
USUE Rector Yakov Silin congratulated the graduates, noting the significance of the event for both the university and the enterprise, since the cooperation between USUE and the Uralvagonzavod corporation in training personnel for production is long-term and systemic. Andrey Vasiliev, head of the labor and wages department at Uralvagonzavod, and Sergei Vasiliev, director of the Uralvagonzavod Personnel Training Center, congratulated the employees of the corporation on receiving bachelor’s degrees, wished not to stop and grow professionally. By the way, the USUE diploma will help graduates to move up the career ladder and, after graduation, they can expect a promotion.
The former USUE students thanked the administrations of the university and Uralvagonzavod for the opportunity to receive a higher economic education on the job. Employees of Uralvagonzavod and now also the graduates of the leading economic university in the Urals, Kristina Bastrikova and Danil Kalikin shared their impressions: “Today we are happy, our dream has come true, we received diplomas from Ural State University of Economics. We would like to express our gratitude to all the managers for the opportunity to study and work and to our teachers, who always supported us at the right time. We will remember the years of training with pleasure. In the future, for sure, we will continue our studies in other USUE programs!
Time and again, USUE implements educational projects for Uralvagonzavod employees, preparing high-skilled specialists for the factory. What is unique in training under the program “Economics of Enterprises and Organizations” is that employees can both learn and use the gained knowledge in their work.
Alla Golovina, head of the USUE Department of Corporate Economics, emphasized that USUE was always glad to see employees of the Uralvagonzavod corporation among students of bachelor’s, specialist’s, master’s and postgraduate programs.
