THE BRONZE MEDALS OF CHAMPIONSHIP OF RUSSIA ON DRAUGHTS ARE OURS!

 USUE students represented the team of the Sverdlovsk Region at the RF Championship and got "bronze" in the team competition. 
From September 20 to October 2, the village Pokrovskoe (Moscow Region, Odintsovsky District) hosted the Championship of Russia on draughts. The Sverdlovsk Region was represented by students of the Institute of Management and Information Technologies of Ural State University of Economics: master of sports Matvey Nedbailo and international grandmaster Damir Rysaev.   
 
After a long downtime due to the pandemic, it was difficult for athletes to return to optimal conditions and demonstrate high performance in the individual competition. Together with their coach, international grandmaster Anton Sozinov, Matvey and Damir playing on the team of the Sverdlovsk region, managed to win bronze medals in the Russian team championship!  
 
We congratulate our students on successful performance and wish them new victories!
