DECENT WORK IS NOT ONLY BUSINESS
October 29, within the framework of the XII international research-to-practice conference "Decent Work - the Basis of a Stable Society", USUE hosted a plenary meeting "Personnel for New Industrialization" combined with the meeting of Commission on Competences and Qualifications Development of the Sverdlovsk Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs as planned by the business program of the national WorldSkills Hi-Tech - 2020 championship of cross-industry blue-collar occupations.
The meeting was opened by Yakov Silin, USUE rector, the chairperson of the Commission on Competences and Qualifications Development. He stated that the WorldSkills Hi-Tech championship of cross-industry blue-collar occupations was directly related to personnel training.
It should be noted that, together with the USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management, the event was co-organized by the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Association of Managers and Specialists in Human Resource Management.
