The geography of EEYF international platforms is expanding

Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE) will become a new platform for the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum. In spring 2023, the university will host forum participants from Uzbekistan.

The participation of TSUE in the organization of the next EEYF was officially confirmed by its rector, Kongratbai Sharipov. It happened during the visit of USUE rector Yakov Silin to the Uzbek university, who came to award double degree diplomas to the first graduates of the joint bachelor’s degree program.

TSUE is a long-standing and reliable partner of Ural State University of Economics, one of the largest universities in Central Asia. This is a multidisciplinary educational center that trains specialists in economics, business, and finance. Over 600 faculty members work for the university, including 3 academicians of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, over 50 doctors of sciences, and about 300 candidates of sciences. It trains more than 15 thousand students.

It is worth reminding that in early April 2022, for the first time in the forum's history, the XII EEYF was held at 6 international venues in Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Each university-co-organizer of the forum chose competitions of research papers, which were held by their own experts together with USUE professors.

The winners took part in EEYF in Yekaterinburg from 26 to 29 April. Some forum events took place at the international exhibition center Ekaterinburg-Expo. The total number of participants from 92 countries of the world exceeded 8300!

Young scientists, students, and schoolchildren presented their projects at 45 competitions within 6 congresses. The collection of forum materials in three volumes contains about a thousand pages with the best ideas of forum participants.
