The Institute of Continuing Education at the Ural State University of Economics held a working meeting with Chinese representatives aimed at strengthening academic cooperation in the field of continuing professional education and developing cultural ties between the two countries.

The Chinese delegation included: Lin Lin, General Director of the International Cooperation Center of Shanghai Zhelan Co., Ltd., Ambassador for Investment in Culture and Tourism of Zanzhou City (Hebei Province), Official Representative for the Promotion of Acrobatic Arts of Wuqiao City, and Consultant for International Cooperation of the Culture and Tourism Association of Zanzhou City. Yi Hao Qiang, founder of Shanghai Zhilan LLC, consultant for international cooperation in Cangzhou (Hebei Province), Ambassador for attracting investments in Cangzhou and Linyi (Shandong Province).
The Chinese side expressed interest in cooperating with the Institute of Continuing Education and proposed creating joint study programs in applied disciplines with leading educational institutions in China and continuing education centers. The prospects for partnership include the development of joint training courses, the organization of internships for students and teachers, and the exchange of scientific achievements.

The delegation was welcomed by Elina Zakirova, Director of the Institute of Continuing Education at USUE, Evgeniya Sapozhnikova, Deputy Director of the Institute of Continuing Education at USUE, heads of educational programs, and representatives of local businesses. The meeting concluded with a discussion of further steps to develop a long-term partnership in the field of continuing professional education.
