USUE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS GET TO KNOW THE NEWEST HISTORY OF RUSSIA

A group of international students from Ural State University of Economics visited the Boris Yeltsin Museum in Yekaterinburg. The tour was organized by the International Union of Diasporas of the Sverdlovsk region at the initiative of the Yeltsin Center management.

The guests of the Museum named after the first President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin were about 30 USUE students of different years and areas of training. This exposition marked the beginning of the systematic study and preservation and popularization of the historical heritage of Russian leaders. With the help of the latest technologies, the students learned a lot about the life and political biography of Boris Yeltsin, as well as about the most important stages of the social, political and cultural life of modern Russian society.

It bears reminding that USUE has been cooperating with the Sverdlovsk International Union of Diasporas on an ongoing basis for several years. Thanks to joint events, the life of international students becomes brighter; they get the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture and social life of Yekaterinburg, fulfil their creative potential, and form the right attitude to the history and cultural traditions of Russia.
