"Today we are holding the first in this year meeting of the Committee on Social Partnership of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs on the burning topic of electronic HR workflow. Since 2020, employers are required to provide the Pension Fund of Russia with information about the work activities of employees for setting-up of electronic employment record books. We thank USUE for allowing us to organize such an important event again within your walls,” Tatyana Kansafarova, Executive Vice President, Chairperson of the Committee on Social Partnerships, addressed the audience.

“Today, the topic of electronic workflow, of course, worries business, governmental bodies, and educational institutions. At USUE, more than 1000 students are pursuing degrees in HR management. It is extremely important for us to timely understand which competencies related to the digitalization of HR functions need to be developed. We hope that today's meeting will allow our students to better prepare for modern challenges in the labor market,” said Alexander Kokovikhin, director of the USEU Institute of Management and Information Technologies.
